Mission/Vision:  To publish in print well-established & newer voices, minimizing literary trappings and focusing on the work itself.  We prefer the short, lyrical, and odd.

Note to contributors:  No cover letters. Poems only. Suggested $3 donation for submission of poems to Cruel Garters (a small serial poetry publication).  A reply from the editors about publication should appear within 120 days. Payment is made in copies.
